Discuss, agree and action the points where a process accelerationis needed and to remain competitive. Remove time-consuming steps and try to be pragmatic. Sometimes you will fail. Because the idea was not adapted to the situation or not mature enough. Don’t give up – try again and again – until you create a real value within the organization and for your customers.
